About Elegant Excellency
Elegant Excellency Health and Social Care Ltd is a bespoke domiciliary service which provides
leading specialist health and social care with flexible staffing solutions
to the vulnerable and elderly within the community, offering support services
ranging from:
- administration of medication, personal care and domestic chores in the homes of clients,
- live in or overnight care
- supporting clients' nutritional balance,
- encouraging social companionship,
- domestic catering services and
- the supply of staff to hospitals, nursing and care homes.
We are undergoing registration with Care Quality Commission (CQC), after which we will be working in partnership with Enfield and Haringey Councils. We are fully insured to offer community based healthcare services against the backdrop of comprehensive and regularly updated policies and procedures for health and safety, complaints, personnel recruitment, administration of medication and other care policies to guide our health care staff and clients alike.
We are based at our head office at 4B Unit 1 Thorton Road Eley Estate Edmonton North London N18 3BA with easy commutable links via Tottenham Hale, Meridian water Rail Station and the buses 192 via Angel Road/Montagu Road. Management is always reachable 24 hours a day via a dedicated email and /or telephone service.
Our Staff and Quality of Service
With our highly trained, approachable and experienced caring agency staff, who can support various client types from emergency cover to long term planned cover depending on each clients individual care plan or requirements, we work with many groups within the community such as:
• The vulnerable, elderly and people living with Dementia
• Life limiting medical conditions
• Mental health issues
• Sensory impairments and
• Physical disabilities
We carefully select our staff to ensure that they share our ethos of protecting the client’s dignity and respect as well as maintaining confidentiality at all times. Staff at Excellency Healthcare Service Ltd have obtained an NVQ 2 or 3 or a Diploma in Health and social care as well as have the right to work in the UK, a checked and cleared DBS and all necessary recruitment references are complete and up to date.
